I don't think it matters why he attempted suicide. the beauty of the song is how ambiguous it is. Ok so the lyrics are pretty clear cut as to what happens, but it's so full of feeling and raw emotion that if you've ever experienced depression, lost a loved one or close friend, you can't help but connect. The message is in the transition, from despair to hope... I hope Lester comes Ireland. Goldie, PR team, manager, GET on it! We've a great band here to play support.

The 3 episodes of that show was not only tear jerking, it gave a real essence of what teens have to go through in their every day life today. We're not all just hooligans on the streets, scum, uneducated. We have talented people out there and they shouldn't be afraid to express themselves because there will always be that 1 person, who enjoys their talent.
Absolute agree on that being my favorite as well. It's unbelievable to be able to express an experience in such a heart-wrenching way. Many experienced what Lester experienced, we all go to extreme pain & experiences at times, but to express it from such a deep well spring, my goodness!!
I do hope he releases it. Would also help lots of folks.

I heard this when it was on TV and instantly fell in love with it.
