thanks for the feedback, this is 1 of 3 sets that i did for a typical back session, your right people will have all sorts of things to say good and bad! my response to this is simple! I have produced many champions in many different areas. Feel free to contact my clients and ask them have you grown? have you gotten stronger since training like this and the answer on both accounts is YES! when i have the entire workout posted look at it and then try training like this for a 4-6 weeks...

Interesting theory. I'm sure you may receive a lot of criticism for your views, but when it comes to building muscle - the actual physique of the presenter is the proof in the pudding.
