  • demons and angels are to all intensive purposes in our realm have great insight but outside of our plane i have a feeling through a lack of knowledge whats beyond their plane they can be just as petty as human beings.

  • Very exciting trailer.

  • Ive seen and heard quite abit about Aleister Crowley in books and videos etc but Ive never actually seen any evidence of any wrong doing!?

  • people try to make aleister crowley appear like an evil person and a satanist when in his book of law, it talks about love, freedom and individuality. he never mentions satan once in that book. i think they documentaries are made by christians who have never read the book of law or any other book by aleister crowley

  • The comment below is uninformed. And anyone who researches this basturds life. can only come to the conclusion that he was an egomaniacal peice of shit satanist. He named his dog satan !!! Most of his friends and lovers committed suicide !!! How is that obtaining elightenment with god? If you like magic with heart and soul and morality. Look at "Franz bardon. Far superior to crowley.

  • Still, he seems pretty tame compared with the beastly DICK CHENY.AAAAAAHHHGGGG!!!!

  • This man is in hell.Full stop

  • Jesus Christ is the way! He loves everyone! Come follow the Lord!!!!

  • woooooooooooooooooow

  • Whats truly satanic about this was that the sound was turned up so damn loud in the recording that it made my speaker his and roar. Evil editing

  • i've filled my kechs already

  • He was a satanist, fell from the true path of light into the lefthanded path.

  • i wanna se that movie, golden down rulz!!!!

  • This is such a terrible trailer. It makes Aleister Crowley out to be some kind of a monster when his true purpose in life - The Great Work - was all about obtaining enlightenment with God. What pitiful nonsense.

  • really? what bout all the stuff he said about wanting to communicate with satan and meet him in person etc

  • really?...i thought he was like the father of satanism and stuff like that...i need to get my info right...

  • what are you sayin??? Great work???

    doing evil???

  • i'm sc-c-c-c-c-c-c-carred.

  • I'm sc-cc--c-cc-c-c-c-c-ccccared...

  • 93, 93/93

  • I don't trust trailers that show no footage of the actual film. This means its never coming out or worse it's gonna be like those gawdawful serial killer movies that you rent because they have cool covers.

  • Its actually quite good. Recommended.

  • Pathetic little worm. Totally selfish. Talk about the devolution of mankind - Crowley was a lowmark.

  • That you got minus one from the saddos who give each other +marks here show how low "society" has gone.

    Crowley is a poof.

  • Although he was never a Satanist as some popular belief holds it, at least he was a searcher of truth and not one of the unthinking christian cattle who blindly follow followers into eternal slavery and tyranny. *insert contemptuous smirk*

  • The fist thing the messenger Of Horus who's name was Lam had told Crowley to do first, destroy Christianity. Horus is the Egyptian name for satan. Do some real reasearch on his background dumbass before you start typing in shit you dont know about.

  • yep, christians are by nature demons and what i call "sociopaths" only few of them exist, they always believe they are demons, a sure evidence that christians are sociopathic, the fact all of them believe they are evil by nature is a belief sociopaths hold and that before they find "god" they are doomed into lifelessness and possession, is evident in people who are really evil by nature..... and the proof is in the pudding.

  • Do what thou wilt.

  • Shall be the whole of the Law

  • "Love is the law, love under will"

"There is no Law beyond Do what thou wilt"

  • Oooh, what profundity.

He was a true genius, on the level of Poe and Shakespeare, he was.

  • love under will

  • Haha. He had them fooled.

  • Hot damn, I'd like to see that one.

Not only because I liked the old horny bastard, but also because there just might be some privy insights into his rituals there.

  • green cover.

  • la neta es que crowley era un genio y x lo visto soy el uniko latino qe opina sobre eso

  • I brought this DVD. I liked it. It was quite informative, and forced on some of the things that are not so commonly known about Crowley. I thought it was going to have the same content in it as most other biographies about Crowley and his life, but it had some quite selective things, as well as some more well known. It was made well, with an atmospheric feeling to it, and very well articulated. 8/10

  • is this a movie that is going to be in theaters or is a documentary like you said???

  • No, you can buy it on DVD. On Amazon.

  • I dream las nigt that Aleister cam ovr+mde me a cup of T. I did not want sugar but he put sugarin.this was some sort of private magnanimous gesture that he thought I needed. Sugar has all the elements of addiction and I made reference to his 93 current+the will and how he had now interfered and what we have now paved the path of what I call brown magick. Actually,I looked a 2nd time dis was not aleister but my mother disguised. She gave me pocket money+bought a Mars. trustory+fuku

  • cool are u gonna post the DVD scenes on youtube?

  • Would you drink cats blood if you was dying of thirst ? I'm sure you would so what's the diff ? Mr Crowley isn't admireable in your eyes, look at how many followers he has....You shouldn't judge other folk. Shame on you

  • crowley ended up in a old peoples home in Hastings the most shitest boring place in England addicted to smack alone with a sore bum where was is followers then?

  • You might want to learn before you claim things. It was a guest house, not an old peoples home. He had people visiting him constantly, of which he was very grateful, and he had followers also visiting him and paying for his upkeep. Louis Wilkinson and company were there when he died and looked after him through his dieing days.

  • i stand corrected!i would of love to take lsd and see the things crowley was doing but i would proberly shit my self n run out lo,l i took acide one time and there was a poster of the mona lisa and her face changed in to a vampire long teeth red eyes looked alot like the paintings of the faces in crowleys house

  • Hahahahaha.

  • la banda sonora es de rick wakeman

  • Interesting that all these Crowley films are coming out roughly at the same time, i.e. this doc, the German movie, and the long-in-the-works bio pic Bruce Dickinson (of Iron Maiden fame) is currently in the process of making.

  • Bruce's film is not a bio pic. AC is a principal character in a fictional movie.

  • Never judge a book by its cover. And anyway I don't think the trailer was bad, it just quoted misinformation that the media had said about him, and I am sure the director knows the inaccuracies of the media about Crowley. I know it was dark, but lets face it, Crowley did not shy away from darkness himself.

  • I have to say that I am not going to judge this until I have at least seen it. People are entitled to their opinion, but give it a chance, all you have seen is the trailer.

  • Is this a film about the great philosopher and mystic Aleister Crowley? Looks like some sensationalist gothic bullshit to me. Why the ridiculous Saw style trailer. The director appears to have no understanding of Crowley at all and will do nothing but perpetuate the misunderstanding of this funny and brilliant man. A Pox on you.

I'm sure you don't have the sack to post this comment anyhow.

  • As the director, I welcome all comments, thanks for taking the time to make your views known. In fact you will find that ACs wit is covered in great detail

  • Just curious - is your AC film in any way linked to the one Bruce Dickinson (of Iron Maiden) fame has been wanting to make for many years....? Interesting that these Crowley films are being made at the same time, i.e. yours, the one from Germany, and Bruce's (if he is not involved with yours).

  • No connection to either. First screenings next week. Press screening weds 16th. limited availibility for public...see website for details.

  • 93. I'm pretty excited about this. 93s.

  • A great man and I hope his story will be portrayed as the truth, and not right-wing fundamentalist propaganda and the pseudo-intellectual research conducted by the average brain-fart moronic twit.

I hope this movie does well.

  • this film better be about 3.5hrs long

  • 5 - 6 hours is what I was going for in my head if I were to produce something of this nature.

  • Its 2 hours and 10 minutes, a factual documentary attempting to sift the fact from the myth, with a hint of crowleys wit

Screenings begin August, DVD release Sept 10th

  • if the film is 2.10hrs then it won't even cover the time he did travelling through the jungles of china, the Kangchenjunga climb, invoking choronzon in the desert, the mishaps at Boleskine and the abra-melin ritual, his drug problems, thelema abbey, the books he wrote and published and the carry on that went along with getting someone to publish them, his time in Mexico, America, getting booted out of Italy, his encounter with Aiwass, they should have made it in a godfather type trilogy

  • Just like London busses - Nothing for ages and then three in a row! Great news. Any chance os Seeing Mr Crowley on The Simpsons? * * * * *

  • Another pitch for a scary movie to frighten the already terrified christians? I hope not. God, can't they see that despite the taboos, he was an outright genius? bleh.

  • Genius and Morality aren't the same thing.Someone who drinks cat's blood or fucks animals is NOT a person to admire. If he hadn't been upper class & rich,he would have been committed to an asylum straight away.Crowley was clearly a VERY intelligent man,and his rapid descent into such baseness is fascinating, but he isn't admirable. He does serve to show what rebellion overly puritannical,anti-body religion produces though.

  • I agree with you. He was intelligent and may have even had some good theories about the universe but ultimately, he was deranged and lost. It's sad that he turned out that way.

  • They say in the end the very Demons he tried to summon to do his bidding turned on him and he died all alone Homeless and Pennyless and above all, Delerious. Poor Fool, The Power of the Dark Side is nothing to be fooled around with.

  • This trailer tells me nothing.

  • that's the point of most trailers mate

  • Yes, I hope they did sufficient research, because beside all the occultism, mystery, and prodigious volumes of written work; he had a great sense of humor.

  • I don't think he would be offended by my interpretation, a vast subject and I believe I have covered his entire life in this film

  • I wonder if this movie will piss me off. Of course doing nothing but posting what the media says of crowley without quoting ANYTHING from his OWN profound work says alot.
