Dude it works. I had a horribly sore throat and chills and felt like DEATH! I woke up at 1 PM today (After having it for 2 days) and it was still there, so I went back to sleep until 5 PM and woke up and everything was gone, I felt great and I was ravenously hungry. I didn't even have to take any meds.

The best medicine is SLEEP! Trust me I live in cold Norway, I know how to treat the flu ;) No exercise for at east three days (long I know!), lots of tee, lots of sleep and c-vitamins!!!! Munch c-vitamins like they are candy! (Yes it's supposed to boost your immune system before you get sick, but it helps when you are sick as well!) :)

last time I got sick, I had a stomach ache and sore throat too. For me, this may sound crazy, way that help me feel better is soup, Gatorade, Sprite/7-UP, and a lot of sleep really helped. You'll feel better in no time =]
