  • Hi candygirl. sorry for the late reply. And for optimal hormone production... and intense workout should last no longer than 45 min to an hour. That's the rule of thumb I follow. If your rest periods aren't too long... and you're working hard enough.. You won't need any longer of a workout. ;P
