So how does that equate to him talking about auto vs manual? Besides I would take a auto with a valve body upgrade, torque converter, and a sprag clutch upgrade any day over manual.

The automatic transmission shifts slowly and inefficiently. The manual is faster because you have control over when the car shifts gears. The auto shifts too early or too slow. And auto's are for women.

I know you posted this a long ass time ago but I figured something needed to be said. Yes same supra engine yes GE head BUT its easier than you think to add power. You know I think its cute when every one talks about what kind of exhaust they put on their car cause the simplest best answer in non turbo cases is "what exhaust"? By taking out the THREE cats that are in the way as well as the resonator AND the muffler you add 14 hp to the car aside from that there are other ways to get power

The Lexus IS300 has 211 bhp, 0-62mph in 7.9 seconds, no where near 300bhp is it! There is nothing wrong with the IS anyway I think it is a great car.
