Its not the best way,

but I just created the "banner" in paint,

then uploaded it/stretched it to fit video,

then edited the size(track motion),

ANd then put it at the bottom of the screen,(:

Go to Media Generator (somewhere on the side), then go to text, choose whatever text you want, then go to placement, and u can adjust the text so its at the bottom of the screen.

No. This is just to get you video into the right format for youtube. To make it high quality your going to have to search it somwhere else.
