Stupidly, the two best things in RCT3 are riding your coaster, and watching peeps get hit by them. Too bad it doesn't kill them.

Place a watergun, click on it, double-click on the little picture of the watergun. You can change the direction of the water by changing the direction of the camara.

Ik niet, er zit ook al zoiets in RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 zelf. Daar heb je niet per se fraps voor nodig. Trouwens, kun je me vertellen waar je fraps(demo) gedownload hebt?
