  • Guy's like this dude who are full of steroids have a mental problem, they feel inferior and just want to look big. Training natural and junk free is too hard for these guy's. Steroids should only be taking if you are a bodybuilder and considering turning pro were it's essential, can't win the lottery without a ticket and all that. Once you look big in your coffin is all that counts right :) Yay for steroid's and You-tube, narcissism at it's highest. :)

  • Can someone help me please? I think it is impossible for me to gain weight or something. What are ways to gain weight because i just started working out at the age of 16 and eat plenty of protein foods and I drink protein shakes but i still dont gain weight... I think I have the highest metabolism in the world. Im 6'0 and weigh like 145... I was wondering if I should see my doctor. lol

  • like me we are called "hardgainers" which means its a little harder for us to gain weight

    try doing compound excercises like bench press, dead lift, military press and pullups

  • eating is key. you have to consume, consume, consume. eat as much as possible whenever possible, and when at the gym always push less reps of the heaviest weight you possibly can, as opposed to more reps with smaller weight. make sure you feel sore the next day after each work out and get a spotter so you can do the most weight possible, that is how you gain mass. if all else fails you can always try steroids lol

  • If you want to put on weight, take your current weight and multiply it by 16 and that's how many calories you should be eating in a day. Make sure you keep lifting weights too or it will just turn into fat.

  • bulking to 190 is useless unless you want to compete. It will be ridiculous to reach 190 lbs...The amount you will have to eat in order to maintain that weight will be incredible and totally impractical. Just stay at 170 because you look good...
