Why cant ppl who are cruel to animals have a heart and take care or at least treat them the way they are suppossed to be treated. In 2,3,4 days im adopting a dog and giving it another chance to have a life it deserves.

stray dogs can be killed after 5 days. Owner surrenders can be killed within 24 hours. Millions of dogs (incl. purebred rotties) are killed every year.

which means they kill them :(
