jesus did talk about the same rapture/gathering that Paul did in the book of thessalonians and even in the same order. It surprises me that everyone wants to ignore it.

Perhaps it is the fulfillment of scripture. 2 Timothy 4:3,4 prophesies, "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;4And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables." Keeping in mind that the false pre-trib doctrine did not become popular until around 1850.

It's incredible all that took place in the 1800s. It was the century of the visions and the rise of many groups, such as adventists, jehovah witnesses, mormons..and also the time in which various doctrines invaded the current churches, such as pre-trib.

And ever since then it's been increasing at a rapid rate. More false christs, false teachers than ever noticed before.

Some believers will be in hiding, some in prison awaiting their execution for not rejecting the Lord. There will be many FALSE christs and people will try to lure believers out of their secret place. And some believers will DESIRE that ONE of these DAYS to ACTUALLY be the REAL coming of Jesus, but NONE of them will be REAL (cont)

I ask the Lord, I do not care who is right or who is wrong, I desire to know ONLY the TRUTH the WHOLE TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH. And I spent 8-12 hrs a day for over a month reading through the entire Bible searching for the TRUTH. Every argument put forth by the PRE-trib teaching I ask, What about this, Lord, and he specifically showed me the TRUTH on each question

We are warned to TRY the spirits to SEE whether or not they are of God. Again in Luke 17:22 ask yourself WHY the disciples DESIRE to SEE the COMING of the Son of man? REMEMBER he just told them PRIVATELY of this time of GREAT TRIBULATION. When the antichrist Comfirms the peace treatys of Israel, we start the tribulation, and if that happen before the church is gone.. then we will go through the tribulation.. But if the church is rapture before it.. You will stay, no matter what kind of Christian you are.. You have to be holy in everything, the inside and inside or else you will stay..

In verse 3 please notice that the DISCIPLES of Jesus came to Jesus PRIVATELY and asked Tell US your disciplee, your followers, your CHURCH, tell US, when shall these things be, and what shall be the SIGN of your COMING, and the end of the world, or the end of this age? Then notice that ALL the way through this entire charter Jesus is speaking to his FOLLOWERS, his CHURCH. Read it for yourself

one, you didn't prove your point, neither you gave a verse of the bible that said the Great Tribulation and the Wrath of God are not the same..

The Wrath of God start on the 6 seal...

The 7 bowl of wrath is just is for those who put the mark of the beast...

The 7 trumpets, are judgment meaning sentencing the people who ignore Jesus Christ as their savior, now they have to pay the price..

And these signs in the SUN and MOON occur BEFORE the WRATH od God. Now read matthew 24:29 "IMMEDIATELY AFTER the TRIBULATION (or GREAT TRIBULATION) of those days shall the SUN be darkened, and the MOON shall not giveher light, and the STARS shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken.

The seals 1-5 are obviously the times of trouble Jesus told of ... The SIXTH seal in Rev 6 begins the WRATH .( Rev 6:17) For the great day of his WRATH is come; and who shall be able to stand? Rev. 7 discribes what appears to be a "heavenly" viewpoint of the rapture... the Seventh seal isn't opened till Rev 8.... also re: Luke 21:28 And when these things BEGIN to come to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth near.

Thank you for your teaching. I agree, the church will go through the period of great tribulation, and then the day of the Lord will come when the Lord will descend and tread the winepress of the wrath of God as Rev 19:15 says. However, just before Christ descends and gathers us the first drops of God's wrath will spill over in the form of the bowls. After the 6th bowl Christ announces He will come as a thief (suddenly), admonishing His own on earth to watch, Rev 16:15. We will be protected! :)

I cannot speak for arovir, but as for me I see the FIRST SIX SEAL, the FIRST SIX TRUMPETS, and the FIRST SIX VIALS or BOWLS being, opened, sounded or blown and poured out during the time of great tribulation. Then there will be SIGNS in the SUN, MOON, and STARS, then the SECOND coming of Jesus, then the opening, sounding or blowing, and pouring out of the SEVENTH SEAL, the SEVENTH TRUMPET and the SEVENT VIAL or BOWL, which are ALL representitve of the WRATH of God.

@Rileyportbay At the end of the description of the 6th seal people are going into hiding from the coming wrath of God on His day, Rev 6:16-17. This tells me the first 6 seals are not God's wrath. At the 7th trumpet it is said: "thy wrath is come" Rev 11:18. This tells me the first 6 trumpets are not the wrath of God. My studies have brought me to the conclusion that the 7th seal, 7th trumpet and 7th bowl coincide time-wise at the conclusion of the great tribulation when Christ comes with wrath.

@arovir Thanks for your comment.Yes I believe some of His own will be protected, perhaps in the same way they are protected now, BY faith. In other words, for example, very few Christians are healed, unless they themselves BELIEVE the word of God for their healing. That is to say, just because Jesus bore those stripes for our healing does not mean that all Christians AUTOMATICALLY are healed. In much the same way, I personally do not believe that ALL His own will be AUTOMATICALLY protected. cont

@AMATTEROFTRUTH This is why I believe it is so vital to get the TRUTH out so that people can prepare themselves spiritually to walk in God's protection. Tell me what you think about Daniel 11:30-35. I myself see some of God's people being deceived and falling. Some will fall and be strenghtened to endure unto the end, but others will not. In reading elsewhere in the Bible I am finding that those who are in anguish praying for God's people to be protected will themselves be protected. Thanks.

Yes, there will be those who forsake the holy covenant, who do wickedly against it, but there will also be those who know their God and who understand. Some of these will fall by sword, flame, captivity and plundering at the hands of the forces of the Antichrist. God will allow this in order to refine and purify them. May we remain faithful to Him when the time comes!

I also believe God is calling his people to repentance and a closer walk with him in righteousness, which of course we can only accomplish BY faith and in HIS strength. And yes, I believe God's GRACE will abound to us !

I have to agree with you, I too am astounded as well, more particularly so when I ask God to give me a more simple way to explain the scriptures and He does, and then I share this new revelation that I think even a small child could understand and I get a reply back saying something like, Well I still don't believe God would allow his children to go through the great tribulation.
