  • simply love it, too bad they didn't play it, as i saw them.

  • The guy is actually of totally normal height. He just accidentally joined the shortest band in the world.

  • does anyone know the chords for this song?

  • @tedlymandingo C G Am F for the main part. Then C G Am F C G C. another girl another planet part is C F C F G C

  • it's better than blink 182's cover

  • that dude is so tall!!

  • Peter Brooke-Turner is so tall and his ukulele ist so small. Looks kinda funny^^

  • Aren't those the chords to the theme from "The Office"?

  • this should be Zaphod Beeblebrox's theme song....

  • The second guy on the left is insanely tall!

  • This is the best rendition of this song out there!!!!

  • ive always loved the only ones version but this is on another planet thank you for uploading it!

  • Loving the bass on this

  • really sucks to hear how most people don't know that this is a song by The Only Ones

  • Does anybody know where i can get the chords for this godly cover :D ??

  • เพราะสุดๆ รักมาเพลงนี้ฟังกี่รอบกี่รอบก็ไม่เบื่อ cool..

  • the guy in the middle is the best!

  • Effin' Fantastic. Great vocals.

  • Does anyone know who's the lead vocal on this song?

  • @cityhunterfan i think it is the bassplayer...look at "monster"...

  • @cityhunterfan it might be Will, I think! :)

  • @evamarimo Setzen, Sechs! It's DAVE!!!! That's clearly Dave Suich! Also called "Joe Bazouki"

Listen to the UOGB version of "Teenage Kicks" or look for "Joe Bazouki" or the "Missing Puddings" on Myspace to hear him sing. Obviously we need more of Dave on YouTube...

  • @lizardonuke

sorry, ich scheine den immer wieder zu verwechseln!! ist außerdem schon wieder einen monat her, und man lernt und lernt dazu....

  • @evamarimo

Yeah, at first I thought it was Jonty, but now I'm thinking Will sharing the lead with David. Regardless, it's a great cover!

  • @cityhunterfan In regard to your wondering who was the lead vocal on the ukulele orchestra "Another Girl".. Without the visual it's difficult to tell.. If you see some of the other clips, it might be possible to work out who is singing what and where.. In the still pic on the clip, they are David Suich, Peter Brook Turner, Hester Goodman, George Hinchcliffe, Kitty Lux, Will Grove-White, and Jonty Bankes.. On some of the other clips they are sometimes joined by Richie Williams..

  • Holy cow look at how long that guy's legs are.

  • @greeninoregon I know! They go all the way down to the floor!! :o

  • brilliant! as usual!

  • ohhhhhhhhhhh my goooooooood!!!! luv this soooooooo much!!!!!.... :D ... <3

  • magnifique!

  • very lovely!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • 1:39 always makes me crack up: i always picture someone rocking out REALLY hard on the ukelele.

They did such a good cover!

  • i do love the blink 182 so i cant say this is better but its a good redition.

  • @Kidasaurus I really hope you know Blink 182 didn't write this song.

  • Excelente!

  • Top banana, ukes rock

    xxx

  • The solos are genius.

  • Superb. Maybe even better than the Nutley Brass version. The quality of this song will shine on forever in whatever form!

  • on behalf of tim1210 I would like to apoligize to everyone for the horrid picture he has painted of Americans. In fact, we can spell and are rather educated....it's just the odd one out that screws up everything for us!

  • i dont like the echo... theyre bloody brilliant anyway

  • Took me a while to see how ridiculous Peter looks with a Ukulele. Hes so tall! XD

Amusement factor has just been heightened

  • Love the song!!! Thanx!!

  • this song is quite hard to play on ukulele

  • The basic chords are easy enough once you get the hang of 'em.

  • an awsome song to play on ukulele is fishermans blues

  • do somebody know where i can find this partition???

  • ahh richard ,, this is ur video :) ,, I LOVE YOU :) xxx

  • Hmmm Blink 182 song on the uke, sang by Brits (No Offence) Hmmmm........awesome!

  • Okay, Blink 182 covered it!

It's by a "Brit" band called The Only Ones

  • How stupid are you? It's not a Blink 182 song; it's by a 'Brit' band: 'The Only Ones'. Probably before you were born.

And "sang"? That's not a word, the past participle of sing is 'sung'. The song was SUNG by 'The Only Ones.

    Moron. I assume you're american?

  • Wow go and make a big fucking deal about it. Sorry, I didn't know that they covered it, so thanks for being a total asshole to me, btw I am not American, I'm Guamanian. I heard the band The Only Ones ( It does sound way more better than the Blink version) and sorry about my grammar, I don't really care about it when I comment because it's not a BIG deal! So thanks for the valuable info! Sorry about the term "Brit" too, if anyone found it offensive.

  • OK, My fault: I apologise. Not everyone who is stupid is Amercan. But you have to admit Americans are pretty fucking stupid. 40% believe the world was created 6000 years ago.

I hope the weather is nice in Gaumania. ;-p

  • lol dude I totally agree with you! Apology accepted. And it's called "Guam" lol xD

  • harharharharhar

  • That assumtion makes you an ass

  • Misspelling assumption rather spoils that little banality

  • mai biad. iye caan't spiell u kno cuz iem amerikan

  • dude you obvoiusly dont know that blink covered this song by an english band in the first place which sounded better than the blink version anyway

  • Yeah I didnt know that. I actually did hear the English band it sounded cool, especially the solo.

  • The Only Ones, who wrote and recorded this song decades before Blink 182 were an English punk band you absolute tit. The British accent has far more nuances than the sloshy shite that blink come out with.

  • Another girl.....

    Awsum

  • wow, that is a wonderful picture!

  • i just keep coming back to this video everday

it must be the great music! haha

  • wow that guy is so big, now I know why she stands on a chair to duet with him on 'You don't bring me flowers'... awesome.. a very talented & creative goup. LOVE THEM

  • awsome i love how they play great songs and not shit ones

  • one of my faveroute songs, with one of my faveroute insturments... ukeleles are so happy :)

  • One of my all time favourites revisited... brilliant

  • This is quality, absolutely amazing.

This and Teenage Kicks being played by an orchestra of ukulele's is great.

  • bloody brilliant

  • the 2nd on the left have long legs!!!!!!!!

  • f*cking brillant!

  • wow.great;]

  • better than the original :)

  • its just lollipops love it

  • No one beats the UOGB! Please come to AMerica, for a nationwide tour, or better still - stay!

  • NO, theirr OURRSSSS

  • ahahaha

  • nice cover

  • wow

  • Nobody out plays the UOGB!

  • The song was originally performed by The Only Ones, a UK pop/new-wave band 9in 1978). Blink's cover is based on an earlier cover by The Replacements. Go read the wikipedia entry for the song, then go listen to some Only Ones, a truly great band. And yes, this is a great cover, like all the UOoGB covers!

  • I wouldn't call them pop and new-wave has a whole lot of other connotations these days. I think they were the first light-punk band, a bit like the undertones...but thats just my opinion.

  • Ok, I never thought I would see a Blink 182 song being played on a uke, it is awesum!!!!! XP
