i was sexually abused by my grandfather for 5 years form the age of 8 until i was 13, I am now 14. it has been about a year and a half and i am still badly mentally effected and i have depression and also self harm. these people need to be locked up and i would like to see "him" burned to death acctually and watch, i know that sounds like a bit too far, but that man (if you can call him that) stole my childhood! the more of these videos i see the better i feel thinking that there are people

@ebbnmaggs You have every right to feel the way you do. I know ALOT about depression and self harm. I put on a mask for others to see, but I alot of the time I don't think that I know how to be happy. I was physically and mentally abused by my biological father. And no, that is NOT a man. A REAL man doesn't hurt a child sexually, physically, or emotionally. A REAL man loves a child and would never dream of hurting a child. You're not alone. I hope things get better.

I am a victim of severe child abuse/sexual abuse and I do not hate the people who have hurt me. But all I want to do in life is write music, and PLEASE...God willing, can I help those victims who have suffered like I have? Can I be a hero for once in my life? I would like that so much!!!!

i was abused as a child physically mentally and sexually but i never gave in, i always had a feeling that some one else wanted me and even when i was beaten and left for dead i would pick my self up bruised as i was and limp on, it was never my mother, only my sicko of a step father and i know what he did was out of drinking and drugs but i will never ever forgive him for messing with my mind

@wolfchicgalpal I am so sorry for what happened to you. I am almost crying, because I know how much it hurts. My own stepfather... I still love him...how do I do it??? He hurt me so much I don't see how God could ever forgive him. But despite all the spiritual chaos that goes on in the world, I truly believe God will help us if we decide to allow God in our lives. My stepfather never drank or did drugs, he was just naturally sick. My entire family give me the cold shoulder. All I have is God.

my daughter was made to visit her dad after she told of the sex abuse after i filed for divorce. for 3 months every weekend in Mississippi where we were stationed with my husband, a U.S. Army Officer, Lamar county failed her, Army command failed her.

If someone commits a murder, and is not caught till 50 years later, they can still be charged, arrrested and convicted. Child molesters, child abusers do not have this time period. If it goes 18 years, the abuse, and finally that survivor reports it, too late, nothing can be done about it. This needs to change. Statute of Limitations in abuse cases needs to end and be treated like murder.

the hardest part of healing as a Survivor of abuse (any kind of abuse) is trying to talk about it. Often, the person who's suppose to listen is so repulsed they make the survivor stop cause they cant stand it. To help someone heal, we need to be heard, that's the first step. The justice system in america is flawed. I personally think something is wrong when a child abuser or rapist gets less time in jail than a tax evader or car thief. If someone messed up on their taxes that could be a minimum 3-5 years, but a child abuser get out in less than two. that is dissapointing to say the least.

People must be sick in the head or something to just do this stuff and then try and blame it on children.
