i think neca figures looks mint but they're so poorly put together, they dont move and just snap so easily: my neca alien leg snapped under its own weight, my deluxe hellboy 2 waist articulation (which is on the inside) snapped under its own weight, and today my neca predators leg just magically snapped off. shame really

sucks that they ship you predalien instead of warrior though. I got screwed cause they ran out so I have to go to Toys R US I guess.....=/ Only store within 1 day travel range that I know of thats close to where we go sometimes that sells it. At least I can see what I'm buying. But Amazon is great. I use it more than any other online store (or store for that matter)

I would say Alien and Aliens are on par with each other. I love Alien purely because you never see the Alien but you know it's there and thats what it scared you and in Aliens you can see them and there are so many and thats what gets to ya haha! its great! Aliens 3 wasn't dreadful but it wasn' t the best. Alien resurrection is just emm....awful lol

You should check out the new Revoltech Alien. Kaiyodo has made one. Other ones coming out is the Alien Queen and a Predator. Revoltech Figures are detailed and very posable. If you like these Neca toys, I'm sure you'll like the new Revoltech version.

I'm sure people have told you, but the hips DO move, as does the head. They're just a little stiff out of the box. Loosen them up with some heat, or just gentle pressure and you should be able to move them without damage.

i have the unmasked and masked predators from series two. Closed mouth predalien, stealth wolf and the neca classic alien, maybe tomorrow i ll get the neca avp:r alien warrior i hope it wouldnt have the same problem as the predalien, she cant be stand up.

The Predalien has no center of balance.. I had to keep twisting it's legs around just to keep it standing up.... but over all.. good toy. Manage to get my hands on thesame masked pred as you but cant seem to find the Alien drone anymore.. guess it got sould out faster than both the predaline and the predator..

Honestly mate, since making this video, I have had my own troubles with these figures.

My Pred-Alien continually falls over, and on one occasion, fell off the shelf and his right arm broke off.

My Predator also fell off the shelf once and his foot broke off. I came home to find my cat playing with the broken foot, batting it around the lounge room.

This is one of the reasons I like to keep my figures MISB, as your sure not to brake them!

Small tip that works on most carded type figures;

Use a sharp knife and carefully cut the sides and bottom of the bubble, but leave the top attached. Cut as close to the card as you can. You can then lift the bubble up like a lid and remove the figure, or the plastic tray that more expensive figures come in. Later, you can place it back under the bubble.

The larger the bubble, the looser it is, but generally it stays put pretty well. At first glance, you can't even tell it's been opened.

No, the Unmasked Predator doesn't come with a mask, but he does come with extra weapons.

The Masked Predator's mask isn't removable, and comes with only a handful of weapons. (not as many as the unmasked version.)

The Xenemorph that is depicted with the see-through skull is from the very first Alien movie - "Alien".

Even though throughout the movie it is extremely hard to see-through into the Aliens skull, the costume of the first Alien, was in fact fitted with the see-through head. Thus all models, toys and art work based around the first movie are shown with the see-through skull.

When I was collecting the Movie Maniacs figures, I wanted the the closed-mouth Tooth Fairly figure, but couldn't find it anywhere locally. Online, they wanted 2-3 times as much for that one as the for the common open mouth version.

Online stores charge a minimum of $5-15 for S&H. I was collecting the Movie Maniacs figures (back when there was actually some variety), and I never saw a single Sarah or Kyle figure in any store, never mind the variants. I avoided ordering them online because most wouldn't guarantee which variant you'd get.

@lurkerrekrul Yeah its tough man. i live in ireland,my nearest comic store is 90 miles away i shit you not. i only get up every few months but usually id ring them and ask for variants before making the drive. Marvel Legends were the best for variants,i used to look trying to track them down. I do agree with what your saying,but trying to find them is fun and rewarding but the way figure collecting is going variants are drying up! theres not many around these days in most collections.
