The Black population isn't declining they just moving the fuck out of place like the Northeast/Southwest because these regions are more lenient towards recent immigrants. Why should AA have to compete with Latinos that work for less & can speak Spanish? The Southeast has better job opportunities & their Southern cities are open for business! Who is the head of these redevelopment authorities? Negros. They love the KICKBACKS. In exchange for a memebrship at the country club and to tee off on the golf course, the PRDC head in Philly (1997) was giving all the contracts to some white guy who knew nothing about construction, building or renovation for that matter. Or how about the music mogel who held onto $1 Dollar houses, never paying taxes on them for 20 years, then renovated them and selling them for $300,000+.

Being from the Bay Area, I know Minister Christopher is correct when he says "The TOTAL removal".....Blacks were once almost 100,000 in that city...now, i doubt if we are even 20,000. The population in Georgia grew 18% for census 2010 and gained Georgia gained one Congressional seat as it added 1,501,200 more residents, which can be accredited to African American migration to Atlanta. You are seeing people move around ONLY. Furthermore, Atlanta is one of the top 10 least segregated cities in the country.

I gather to information and present it to the City of Atlanta. We hold a monthly meeting at the Mechanics-ville Library every Monday, three block from City Hall. People are only shifting around and the numbers are not increasing, they are staying the same.

@chuckdamailman The only place that you left out of your list of counties is Fulton county, Which can be considered a suburb and a city itself, because it is the largest city here, and it ends near so-called suburbs, like North Fulton. But those suburbs you listed are right next door to Fulton County and are so close that they cannot be specifically called suburbs, because they are not counterparts to rural jurisdictions. The gray area here is that Atlanta has Counties for every region.

The whites are moving around, so that is what I mean when I say people are moving around, their population numbers are not growing. However, they have moved to Midtown in high rises and integrated themselves into to many black neighborhoods, like Gran Park. The black families you see moving are the elderly due to development and losing their homes to a few whites, but they soon sell or rent it out.

Black ppl who are moving down here are not moving to Atlanta, they are moving to Douglasville, Lithonia, Stone Mountain, Marrietta, Mableton, Austell, Fairburn, Lithonia, Conyers, Morrow, Riverdale and other Suburbs way out in the middle of nowhere. As he stated, this plan is going on all over the country. City gov't is strategically forcing Blacks out of major cities under redevelopment

Atlanta is considered a CITY that is districted with counties that are not out-skirted suburbs. Chicago is a STATE and San Francisco is a CITY of Chicago. GET OUT A MAP.
