If you don't like random annoying battles that pop out of nowhere, then do NOT get this game. I stopped playing it 'cause there were just so many annoying random battles at every three steps.

I don't know what game you rented but this game has a big red dot on its map to indicate where you have to go. The Battle is just like any other Japanese RPG. This game can lag at times but all in all its a good game.

If I had to rate this game, I would give it 7 out of 10,very nice story line. But Atsuma Dancing, and Makoto being a extrmely homosexual guy kinda ruined parts of the game, I was hoping makota would stay as the mystery man, and not some gay guy. Atsuma and Raigar were my favorite. This game was very decent, almost good as final fantasy.Hardest Bttle for me was probrably Prof Kou( i didnt train as much, and the easiest was probrably the Queen of ice and Infinity(too easy for a final boss).
