How to make a USB fan out of old CDs

ok i plan on making a solar powered fan using a computer fan. this is my plan and the part i need help with is how to connect this. i plan to take the solar panel ( 6 volt ) and connect a female usb connector to it so i can connect the fan to it with a usb coord and this way i can switch it to charge an ipod for example. i would like to include a capacitor in it and a switch so i can turn the fan off and on. how would i wire up this including the capacitor and switch ?
