@blackout995 COD is only popular because it is cross platform i.e. both PS3 and Xbox360. Halo is only for Xbox360, or rather, not for PS3. I have a PS3 myself so I would know. If Halo could have been on both, I could almost guarantee Halo would be the better game.

@SuburbanAirsoftTeam Not THE Arbiter, The Arbiter is a title given to a single Elite that is sent on what are effectively high risk/suicide missions after being disgraced. In the case of Halo 2/3 that Arbiter failed to stop The Chief blowing up the Halo and is punished by being made to serve as the Arbiter and then sent on suicide missions. It would make sense that Elites can be either left or right hand dominant just like us.
