It's not a screensaver, it's a 4 kilobyte Windows executable that uses procedural generation to create both images and music.. and the download-URL is in the video description, just hit "Show more" to get to it.

Amazing demo. To put this into perspective, look what you are seeing: 4kb - 4096 bytes. You can fit this demo about 180,000 times over on a regular CD...

Yeah, 4k is definitely the new 64k :) In fact this looks and sounds better than some 64kb demos I know...
