I didn't see the movie (yet) but in the raw footage, Billy seduced her, and if he hadn't, she would have raped him. He was more passive than she was.

Now I do agree he treated her poorly - especially after they had sex - but that is no reason to call it a rape. It was a seduction and each was an equally anxious participant.
