They're predictable. You can coax them into swinging the chainsaw by running at them and backing off - Makes it easier to keep them infront of you or headshot them. They're faster than regular ganados as they walk at a set pace indefinately, whereas Ganados sometimes walk, sometimes run. Just learn the patterns, learn how to control everything and know how to stay safe.

Well there's plenty of other tricks of the trade. I would suggest taking a look at the movies of Japanese players who go for extremely huge scores, there's plenty of them on YouTube and you can learn a lot by watching them. When I made this movie I wasn't that great at RE4 - I was a bit better in my Wesker 150000+ movie, could check that out and maybe you'd see a few things too.
