If Jch you making statements on something you have no idea about. The amount of taxes that go into an apprenticeship program are minimal In the form of grants and such. And i don't understand how creating an educated work force is a waste of any sort. You're giving people the tools to go out get jobs and be productive members of society. you should really think twice before making opinions on things you are completely ignorant about, it just makes you look like a fool.
