I agree with you the way you just described it but the damage done is much worse than you make it out to be all though it may look silly in this video it would be bloody and very savage in real life. They are just doing a demonstration. I have trained like this for years and just now can put a name to what the hell it is that I have been doing. Plus I do serious grip training and know for a fact that if I put my hands in your face it will be more than just waving them around.
