  • Wait, wouldn't a Japanese keyboard have like 13,000 keys on it?

  • @valcaron My mom can type Japanese on a Qwerty keyboard. How? I have no freakin clue.

  • @NewDivineWind Basically to type on a qwerty keyboard by typing out the syllables, which the computer then arranges automatically into words.

    For example: nane

they would type na, then type ne

na would be converted to な, and fused with ne which is ね, and then the computer would recognize those syllables as nane and make 菜ね.

  • @valcaron yes but that is simplified japanese keyboard only 1% of keys
