it's from the event itself. Shaolin Monks, including Shi YanHong who performs here, sang it in presence of the Shaolin Abbot in a buddhist prayer ceremony that day. I recorded it.
The main focus of this event was actually reflections on Shaolin Ch'an, Ch'an buddhism, Ch'an culture. Shaolin Kung Fu is just one element of it. It's inseparable from Ch'an Buddhist beliefs. That's why I used the chant in this clip.
