I'm from KC originally. Ward Parkway used to be a nice place, but over the past several years it has become over run with gang colors and general idiots (which come in ALL colors). It's sad to see it happen because, unfortunately, the problems began when more young blacks started frequenting the mall. This is in an affluent neighborhood, so the repercussions will be severe. Idiots need to stop shooting up the world and get fucking jobs.
