I'm beating the game agaiin and i've noticed that if u get level 5 bartender u can easily make 40k in an hour if ur reflexes r good and u don't mess up. I just maxed out bartender and kept buying every property, making over 30k every day once i get off of work an school

I've found that it's best to start off blacksmithing, get about 75k gold, then buying the pub in bowerstone. then make some more money and buy the blacksmith. It takes a good hour and a half BUT with those two you'll make 2k gold every five minutes and it makes buying other properties much easier

i hav 2.39 n i found a gd trick if u put ur rent to about -60(trust me) and then buy like all luxury furniture or as much as u can then put the furniture or 1 star places and 4 example changing a worn bed 2 a luxury bed will increase value by 1016 gold so if u do this 4 all of the worn items in the house on 8 diff houses u will increas the properties value thus getting u closer to the achievement :)

be careful, i set the time ahead three times and now my game is kinda laggy. it takes a while for the flirt option to pop up... i recommend you only do this once or twice

basically.. do what he said apart from the corruption unless you want that, and then when you get a sizeable income e.g. 2k plus if you have live sign in wait a day and then sign in again, you'll have about 100k to spend hopefully, then buy more and more stuff and rent out. and keep going til you can buy castle fairfax
