I grew so used to being able to eat whatever I wanted, whenever I wanted, I lost track of my weight and gained literally almost 30 lbs in a year. For a dangerously under weight person such as myself I keep it simple and change it up. I try to eat bacon 4 times a day, stick with ice cream, chips and chocolate. You can do little things like suck the jelly out of the donut and fill it with canned whip cream. You can put cream cheese on anything. Always double the cheese in recipes. Don't forget about foods in the gravy group. The gravy in a KFC family meal makes an excellent beverage for one. Beer, lots of beer. Egg nog instead of milk. ;)

Hey, im a runner and I just want to get a six pack and get some lean muscle on me without getting to bulky. Should I be eating all that protein or just cut down a little because if I bulk up to much it would affect my running with the extra weight?
eating healthy will not get you much weight gain.....especially since you are a runner you will burn off alot of calories....dont worry about bulking up...it doesnt just happen..unless you try.....keep your reps between 15 - 30 and you wont bulk up at all. You will just get shredded.
about the guy below with the muscle milk..i used 2 take it 4 a few moths..the good:all natural and includes vitamins 2 help fight fatigue...the bad: will definitly increase body fat unless u decrease ur daily intake of fats

nice, i also take monvei, multi-vitamin as well as naturale(Gold standard)whey, wrk-out 2x daily..i tried just about every diet and concluded this..
-never be hungry(~6meals daily)
- lots of livings foods(foods that humans havn't modified(nuts, fruits, veggies ect.)
- foods that spoil fast

yes you can use muscle milk on the days you don't lift for the extra protein.
never as a meal replacement.
take the chicken breast over the shake if its time to eat.
you can have protein in the morning, night, before or after you workout. Shakes just help supplement more protein to your body.

LOVE MUSCLE MILK! By far my favorite tasting ever. Orange Creme, Peach Mango, and Chocalate Milk are Awesome!
-Now to save on protein I put 1 scoop instead of two in the blend, because i'll also throw in 5-8egg whites and one yolk.
-liquid egg whites stay in your system for about 5 hours and protein powder about 3.
Also I add in
-oatmeal
-flaxseed
-flaxseed oil
-Naturally More peanut butter
-Fat Free or 1% Milk
-Ice cubes and POW! you got an ultimate on the go calorie packed shake.
