it's really funny, because having just recently driven that way, I notice that everything is exactly the same now as it was in '95. Except for the traffic levels and the speed limit (of course now there is so much traffic that you can't go the speed limit regardless).

Well the highway system as it exists now was built in the 60's. That's a LONG time until the 2000's here, even until the 1995 in the video! LOL They suffer from tax money "misallotment" & often not enough $ is spent to fix them in the places they need fixing.
