Yes as I said before it is but they refer to them as the Ugandan Children's Choir or the Kenyan Children's Choir connected by the program called African Children's Choir. This video was taken around the end of June, 2008.

The first choir was founded in Uganda and now there are many different choirs throughout Africa. It's such an amazing program called the African Children's Choir. Youtube won't let me post links here but I'll put it up on the info for you.
