guys don't have to look at the net to know where it is, they've been playing the game all their lives to know that. Playing down 2 goals is different than playing down just 1. Sometimes winning games are about getting the breaks and the Wings haven't got any this season yet, just breaks against us. We'll get better

this is yet another example of why the NHL is regarded as a joke by casual sports fans. I am dismayed at the call, but since Bettman is seemingly intent on giving any and all teams south of St. Louis every possible advantage in the name of "expanding the game's fan base" I can not say that I am surprised.

I can think of three reviews that have gone against the Wings. May's no goal, Howard shootout, and this one. Bullshit! There was a no goal called, Sabres vs Kings. King's player had his hand on his stick, puck hit is hand and called no goal. So what the hell is this?!

The attacking player certainly "directed" that puck.
