My daughter got a Latch Hook kit this christmas from her grandma, i offered to help but when it came to, i couldn't remember how to actually do it. I just now saw your response about getting negative critism about your way of doing it, don't take what I'm saying the wrong way, but if you're going to do an instructional and you're going to show people how to do it "your way", at least show them how to do it the right way also. Doing it "your way" is painfully time consuming and could turn someone off to the hobby. You're doing the craft a great injustice by showing people the hard way to do this. There is an easier way to do this.

You know, if you take the yarn and wrap it around the hook BEFORE you slide it through the square it goes 100% faster. That must take you forever to do it that way. Watch some other the other videos and see how other people do it. You are doing it the LONG way.
