@REDSTORM1917 The Soviet Union was something it's enemies Feared. It was a Superpower, today America claims to be the only superpower left but really it's falling apart internally. About 5 or 6 other Countries or groups of countries all claim to be superpowers now, or a level below it
The problem with reviving the USSR, or a State of all those countries back together, a lot of their purpose was to oppose the west, which means instigating a conflict, which undoubtedly would be World War III
