I work with cranes doing Mesa sites and large Telephone Boxes and I can tell you that if the shoaring stabilizers were out like they are in the second to last picture there is NO WAY that the last picture could have happened. I think its fake !!

The event wasn't fake, but the photos have been heavily doctored. The green crane never fell in the water. Have a look at the positioning of the people in the photo at 0:26, then have a look at the photo at 0:47. You should notice that it is the exact same photo with the green crane edited in.
