Main Street looks fantastic. I have used cloth shower curtains which I hang around the ends of my basement layout when I photograph my trains. The curtains are a sky blue. I hang them out of the way when working on the layout. I still have the cement wall to deal with. As you can tell, we all really enjoy your videos and look forward to your future posts.

I want to make some type of mobile sky blue backdrop that will hide all of the "Stuff" that is in the basement surrounding my layout..I always try and shoot without showing to much but the basement usually wins..LOL I am going to try something out and I hope it works like it I think it will. @ILSRWY4 Sorry Joe...Unfortunately my basement is not a finished basement but thanks for pointing out all of the wood, pipes, and wires. I will work on trying to have better back drops in my videos but it is hard in the environment my layout is in. That is why I went with a more traditional, non prototypical, layout theme this time. Just O scale trains and Fun! Take care.
@bravosixxx Oh- I was just kidding about the ceiling stuff- actually what I was saying was.... If the camera angle didn't show parts of the room your layout was in someone would believe it was REAL 'cause you did such a cool job on it! :)

The B&W intro with steam is perfect... The main drag looks great, and the chain gang looks hard at work.. Really dig the Mil Surplus store...Have one near me that's a favorite stop by for all kinds of goodies... Looking forward to more... Some nice heavyweights would look great behind that K4.... Keep the tops of those rails shinin Bud !!!
@puttrainguy Doc my friend, Thank you VERY much for such a GREAT comment! I know if anyone is going to notice things in the scene it will be you. You don't miss much, if anything..lol! I just had to finish it off with Sarge's Military Surplus. It seemed like a good fit for us Veterans. It feels good to be done with that scene except for adding more people and small detail. (You know me rob, I have that special place in my heart for steam power) But all your motive power will look GREAT. You have a good eye for quality! Do you think you may run some passenger service? @dep92 Thank you very much my friend! Steam has taken over my heart too....LOL! It really has grabbed a hold of me. My diesels are in a makeshift staging area I made on the layout. The Steam is getting all of the attention..I think the diesels are Jealous! lol! I have watched too much Thomas..HA! I am really a freight guy but if I did do passenger it would just be a like my layout was the part of the train ride where there is no station. lol Thank you again for the awesome comment!
