shoulda done more beta testing on snake,putting mortar dash slide aside... Snake's AAA combo and Tilts are too good,side A tilts has a reach of farther than all Sword Users, mainly his double Side A combo and does Damage as good as a smash,all of his Tilts have fast speed,strength damage wise and knockback,as well as great knockback trajectories,imo, Speed/Strength Ratio it is waaaay too high on both ends,and Snake is one of,if not the hardest to KO in the game?,too fast for a heavyweight

The snake player is not very good.He didn't use any of snake's true advanced tricks(snake-dashing/mortar grabbing, and nade-stripping to name a few); and he often horribly mis-predicted attacks; somehow thinking that using snake's U-tilt when peach was far away would be a good idea.

the peach is pretty good, but a the snake is awful. He should be able to counter ur floating dairs with an uptilt, and if they get hit by one they'll know to airdodge. Not dissing your skills, but this snake is not someone you would see in a tournament.

Smart Snakes can recover from a cypher grab.

Sorry, but if you want to show us how to beat a character, don't show us you beating a generic Snake.

for those of you who say snake is a top tier, he is if you know how to use him. If your new to super smash, its cauz if you notice, no one uses as many ranged attacks and bombs as snake. Not even samus and link combined have as many attacks like snake. Snake is a great addition to super smash bros, but overall, he's difficult to master. It seems kinda odd that they put a real world character like snake. Fitting in with Mario,Link and Pikachu? He's still a great character though. Best in my book.

Damn right she is...one of my best characters to fight with, Zelda being my best. She can counter, is fast in the air, has decent range, and has a great Up Smash K.O. attack. I don't spam that multi-mid-air kick a lot...I can rack up the damage other ways, especially by timing Toad right to counter.

The thing I don't like about these things is, well, yeah it works, but it's kinda lame, it seems like people learn one combo and do it over and over again. To me it's more fun to use all my combos if I can. I'm not saying they aren't good, I'm sure they're much better then me, but it seems like they just use one or two combos and it doesn't seem like they're having much fun. I'm not dissing these people I just don't understand why they put that much time into learning those combos.

That snake nearly made my eyes bleed. Well not really, but still. If you were fighting a decent Snake user, he'd neutral air instead of ftilting all the time when you approach with a Dair, or even use his pseudo-sex kick ( Bair) Snake can also get out of that grab thing with a C4 recovery.

Peach can fair him out of nair, or simply back up or drop and shield and jump and nair him during the landing lag unless you land on the perfect frames. And Snakes' Bair is really easy to counter.

And yeah, I was kind of surprised he didn't C4 recover. Maybe he's not used to WiFi :/

you'll notice that when u edge guard someone, u deal dmg to them allowing them to use the upb again. Since grabbing your opponent doesn't deal any dmg, and if u dont hit them, they cant use their up b again... since they jump so far back its impossible to recover. I think it only works on characters that dont go into the vulnerability after their up b... like snake and sonic

Wow, thanks. At least I know one tip from the video...hold Snake in place when he's trying to recover and eventually he'll break free from the grab, but won't be able to recover back onto the stage. Thanks!

You should pluck turnips more often and glide toss them into your opponent. After that, float and Dair your opponent. Also, D tilt> Forward Smash is a good combo. Try to use that more often.

SmashBrutha08- I do this quite often, but it doesn't work on Snake. Snake will shield it and punish you with forward tilt. I use it on other characters all the time- especially marths.
