  • Aaahh....240p. We meet again, you low-resolution fool....

  • It's on Netlix Y'alll!

  • ur geil

  • Personally, I think this is the best film ever made. In fact, I consider it a work of art. Perfect on every level. The photography, the lighting, the acting, direction. It oozes quality.

  • Great movie

  • sick movie..watching it on Film 4 now

  • Too bad Ryan's like that in real life. When Tatum got nominated for an Oscar (and he didn't) he is rumored to have punched her.

  • @RatedArggg He didn't attend the awards ceremony either (when she won). Ryan is a selfish prick.

  • This movie is an all time classic. I had the pleasure of showing it to someone for the first time the other night...how i wish i could go back in time and see it for the first time...again! I saw this at the Avalon picture theatre when it was first made ...i was the same age as Addie. I have loved this film ever since. if you own the DVD, watch the directors commentary on the making of the film.

  • where can i watch this movie?

block buster and hollywood videos around me are all closed down

    =(

  • Me hace gracia que al difunto le den una corona con "Tu familia no te olvida" y el difunto tampoco porque les "invita" a una biblia.

  • tatum oneill made this whole movie! she was so natural and genuine! she deserved the oscar!

  • Both the grain elevator office and gas station in this clip are located in Wilson, Ks. I visited a few weeks ago, and both are still there.

  • PB shot this with and extremely small aperture... it is all in focus — very distinctive when you notice it. he had to shoot in exaggerated very high lighting situations. it is so beautiful when you really look at — even a little car in the background is in focus. The compositions are so beautiful as well... it is such a classic.

  • Saw this at the Atco Drive-In in Atco, NJ in 1973. God, was it hot and buggy.

  • great sondtrack¡...Object of my affection 'and ...It s only paper moon

  • IMO, the best movie ever made. In the Bonus stuff on the DVD there is a commentry by the Director, and it makes you realise the film is even greater than you thought. Like at the railway station, kids happy playing through the back window, contrasts with Addie sad on her own on the track. The film is a thing of beauty, real art

  • As this amazing movie comes to an end I almost wish I could be in that old truck with Moses and Addie as it wonders over the hill and into history ... the best of luck to the both of you.

  • I love the chemestry between those two. I loved it! It's a perfect movie. Tautum really worked hard for that oscar, she's so cute...

  • "Aint she a sweet child?" ... "No, she ain't a sweet child." HAHAHAHAHA

  • love her hat

    so cute

  • fill 'er up... what a great movie....

  • Nobody mentions that Serbian Director, Peter Bogdanovich made "Paper Moon", absolutelly the best film ever made in USA, film about total hopelesness and despair.

The end of film is something of the best ever seen in any movie, man and child traveling to the Void, vithout return.

  • Bogdanovich also made another excellent film: The Last Picture Show. I haven't heard of him in years though. I wonder why such a promising career just seemed to come to an abrupt end?

  • Best movie ever! I always had a crush on Moses Pray (Ryan O'Neal)

    He's a good actor.

  • I just saw this too for the first time. Tatum deserved that Oscar.

  • I just saw this movie about 20 minutes ago. Absolutely love it! The two O'Neals did a spectacular job in this movie!

  • i saw this movie an hour ago its awesome

  • lol i just wrote a comment on another video saying i saw this movie just minutes ago. Its such a good movie and why can't they make movies like this anymore.

  • I saw the movie 'Paper Moon' when I was very young. It was at the Drive-In Theater in Wexford, PA and was featured with 'The Bad News Bears' (now does this date myself or what!)

  • why is this black and white? it's made in the 70s...

  • wait 20 more years and read what you wrote !

  • is this a serious question?

how come the car they drive is so old?

maybe the movie is set in the 30s...?!

  • P.J. Johnson did a fine job in this movie... yet i can't fine anything else on her

  • soooooo funny!!! ♥♥♥

  • r u KIDDING?!!

this is the BEST. MOVIE. EVER.

  • saw this movie last night for the first time on HBO Family or some such channel. Awesome writing, acting and cinematography- studios should film more movies in the midwest

  • I did too! I first saw it with my Dad over 10yrs ago. My Dad had seen this when he was like 18 or 19 at the drive-in. This has to be one of my all time favorite movies. Thanks Dad!

  • i LOVE this movie!!!

  • AWESOME FILM!

  • OF COURSE!

"Paper Moon" by Peter Bogdanovich is the greatest American Film ever made by The Greatesat American Movie Maker Ever. Why?

Because Peter Bogdanovich Is Serb and he knew the "soul" of American vasteland. Last scene of the film is unforgetable and VERY symbolic!

  • i only knew this film by name. didn't know it was in black and white
