  • Excellent ringout, you must have been delighted with that

  • Good lord, Brad`s double kick is sick.

  • i love vf5 but i fucking hate lau , fucking hate lau , specially " master lau " i can beat any lau in the quest mode but " master lau " put me through hell everytime i meet him , god i fucking hate him , ya i suck

  • Lol you're right he's quite annoying... but i use lau too so i know his juggles very well... just remember to go easy vs the AI, check its "weaknesses", the combos that it always takes and you're done with your conqueror title. But it's very boring.

  • Nice ending indeed

  • how did you get him shirtless?

  • Complete 2 orb discs with him in quest.

  • Lol i have just been reading the comments about LF "spammy players" Question how do you know they are spamming ?. Can you some how see thier controlls?. You do understand that LF is a fast guy with fast moves, its only right that hes able to hit you very fast is it not ? So when i see other players online and thier guys are moveing very fast doesn't that mean that they are spamming aswell?.

  • Because he was doing the same PPP combo over and over, that's how you can tell. I've played Lei before and I know what his PPP combo looks like, and that's exactly what this guy was doing, aka spamming.

  • OOh ok just i have never played online before but i know lei's moves off by heart, so if i go online and im hitting low and hit really fast and go into alot of stances will i get called a button spammer ?

  • If you actually know what you're doing with Lei-Fei, no one is going to call you a spammer. If alls you do is mash PPP and PPPK and do a low hit constantly, then you'll be labeled a spammer.

But, really, who cares what other people think. Just play the game, if you want to be a cheapass scrub, be a cheapass scrub. If you want to learn the game and be a pro, be a pro. Whatever tickles your fancy.

  • ikariwarriorkh is right , just be happy u've go skillz whatever kinda that is

  • Lei Fei was not "quite good", He was just another spammer with 3 moves mixed up again and again. And don't fool yourself, that you had problem dealing with him couse of his skills. The reason is, you ar not skilled player (yet).Me and my friend plays VF5 since first release on PS3, and we still have a lot to learn, if we want to be pro players.

  • First, I never claimed to be good or a pro player even once in my description. So the need to say "The reason you lost is because you're not a skilled player" is redundant.

Secondly, yes, he was a spammer, but, every person always uses the excuse of other peoples lack of skill for their losing. I wasn't about to whine about it. I was playing the more mature role :P

  • Awsome finish, too bad they're Noobs

  • lmao, awesome way to finish it, hehehe

  • That Lei Fei was just spammy... like almost all of the LF players on Xbox Live. In fact, I've never seen a player beat me with him that made me respect them at all... Thing with LF is that he's so easy to spam with, anyone can pick him up, mash P+K all day, and still win 50% of their matches. Hard to break out of his seemingly endless streams though...

  • type in "vsLei神" to search then u will c a real God of Lei Fei video. We should learn from Japs about VF.

  • Of course. Danke. So playing mid-range means...

  • Thanks a lot. Still trying to get used to what the ducks actually dodge (though I like the backtracking one and the double one, reminds me of Soul Calibur).

I'm taking Brad through Quest ATM so hopefully I learn some stuff from that.

When you do those quick little dodge things, that is just normal blocking right? Still not used to the animations.

  • Like I said, if you play him mid-range, if someone throws a punch at you while you do the dodge back for instance. PKG + Back, you'll avoid the punch and immediately be able to counter hit them back for a combo, with NO lag in between like there would be if you simply held Guard down to block it.

  • It's all just about knowing when and wear to use the stuff, even to fake out your opponents as Brad can do a lot of fakeouts too. You can't use his slips and ducks as a means of auto-winning though thinking that 'I did the dodge and got hit WTF?!', You need to know when and where and how.

    Practice makes perfect.

  • That was quite badass. I got this game two days ago and haven't had much time to test it, but I really like it. I am thinking about using Brad as my first guy since I like kick boxing and he looks awesome. Do you have like, any incredibly basic tips about how a total beginner should approach him? Or if he's a character a beginner should not touch or what?

Thanks very much, and once again awesome fight. Didn't know there were ROs in this game.

  • Brad is not someone you can just pickup and learn easily. I'd go through the dojo command training to get the hang of him. Brad relies heavily on his slips and dodges. PKG + any direction makes him dodge in that direction which helps for avoiding attacks and then following up instantly with his own attacks.

  • But, you need to really learn when to use them as they're not auto-win avoids that just make him completely avoid everything. If they're close enough their attack will still hit you no matter what. Brad's someone you wanna play at mid-far range from your opponent, not up close, to get the best out of him.

But, he's really great and a lot of people find it hard to keep up with him once he gets an offense going so.

    Good Luck

  • Nice finish.
