Thanks for the vid, I think NZ isa great place for nature. In Ohio, USA, I first saw your landscape in the Xena and Hercules television series.
I love the vertical, tree-covered coastal parts. Am wondering whether any ultra rich have built hideaways there, anchored into the rock and accessible only by boat and staircase?
@chernobylFarms Hi, I was wondering how you found the video? for some reason this video hit the top of my top 10 list and had a 1000 views in one day.
@Mojoe42152 Well i have to agree, Auckland is very small but the country has a lot to offer if you have the salary to travel and explore it. Thanks for the feedback.
between auckland and brisbane..which is the bigger city in terms of size, infrastructure and population? and secondly, which is the more beautiful one?
I would gladly go visit your country!!Too sad it is about 25-28 hour flight from my country,Hungary....too long...even a 2-hour flight is almost unbearable to me:-(((( I do not feel safe high up.Anyway I hope someday I'll have the chance somehow to visit NZ.
@mykeman83 Auckland is much bigger in terms of area, but the population is far more spread out. More people in Brisbane. Personally having lived in both Auckland and brisbane for 10 years each, NZ is much more beautiful. Brisbane has some great things like SouthBank... but it is very urban. Auckland has all the west coast beaches like Piha, Whatipu, Kare Kare etc, The islands in the Hauraki Gulf, Waitakere Ranges and the volcanos. It's beautiful. I definitely want to move back.
my mate got shouted a free helicopter tour of auckland where they have duel controls and let u "take the wheel" for a little bit. CRAZY!! i keep an eye out for any choppers i see overhead nowdays. who knows who controlling it!!
This video brings back many memories of my lay overs in AKL. I especially enjoyed taking the Fullers Ferry over to Waiheke and also to Great Barrier. Such a beautiful country.
I went to new zealand two years ago and jumped off the sky tower on a guided bungee jump twice. It was a blast! It's a little over $100 and well worth it!
I went to Auckland last Summer(their Winter) to visit my brother when he was studying for a year over there from UC San Diego. It was really quite something, one of the best vacations I ever went on.
Yeah, I used to live on Collingwood St, Browning St and Ponsonby Rd., when I was a kid. My happiest memories are at Collingwood St. I hear that the area is pretty trendy now.
hi, i'm going to new zealand next year, and just looking for some information about people and culture, your video was pretty cool, greetings form argentina
very nice video thanks for sharing the view of auckland with me, i am yet to visit i am from nelson new zealand it sure does look freaky from the helicoptor view :)
Auckland is a nice place but not as nice as Wellington. Spent a few days in Auckland during my tour of NZ. If you get a chance, visit the Village IMAX screen. $6 for a great cinema experience.
thank you, this is good.

You lucky devil you!
I've bungeed the Bridge and the Sky Tower, walked up North Head & Mt Victoria in Devonport, ferried over to Waiheke (still ain't seen the war tunnels)
But I still have not been on a whirlybird over the city.
