  • very nice, will be making these for my wedding, thanks

  • @melseviltwin You're welcome! That sounds like a great application for some flower balls. Just so you know I used tape in the video, but if you want to make the flower balls more sturdy and durable I recommend sticking them together with glue.

  • this is amazing thabks

  • I like this music. What is it?

  • I can't follow anything. :/ Steps pleeeeeeeease!

  • @Haruhiluff It's kind of hard to describe the steps for folding the flower petals, so you'll have to watch the video for those, but in general the steps are: fold 5 flower petals, stick them together to make one flower, then make 12 flowers total and stick those together to make a ball. I use tape to stick things together in the video, but glue is more permanent (just possibly messier). If you have any more specific questions let me know :)

  • Nicely done and easy to follow (although a certain significant time investment required!). I like the flowers alone too.

  • DADADA DA DA DADA DA!!!!!!!!! VICTORY!!!

  • hahaha i thumbed up for the last scene music

  • nice nice :3

  • how many sheets did this require?

  • @RinSwagg It requires 60 squares of paper (12 flowers with 5 petals each). But since the petals don't need large squares I cut normal sized origami paper into quarters to get the squares for the petals, so I used 15 pieces of regular origami paper.

  • i love how you did the FF victory theme song =D

  • That's great, and soooo beautiful!!!! I loved it!!!! =))))

  • You're a great hand model!

  • great music! sounds like madredeus - who's the artist? - thanks for the video -

  • 12 flowers right???

  • @prettyturtle806 Yup, 12 flowers.

  • I MADE IT THANKSS SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • MMnnn

    very nice

    I'm thinking how made this?

    whats the _*_

  • That not oriamgi BUT

    IT SO CUTE :D

I MADE IT I LOVE IT :DDDDDD

    THANKZZZZZZ!!!

  • how many flower should i do ?

  • @nessia9 It takes 12 flowers to make the flower ball.

  • i used my last origami for this???.... I admit the flower is beautiful but i didn't expect that we need to use that many paper, u should have told us the materials at the beginning... =(.... nice flower anyway..

  • thank you soooooo much

  • i make it but i make very small 2 centimetres of 2 centimetres :D

  • Ahahahahahaha! I rofled at your hand magic. BTW you have pretty hands. :^D

  • Also using a hot glue gun works great. Make sure it is on the low setting, holds better for longer :D

  • Also hot glue on the low setting works very well and holds better with time.

  • wow! this was really easy~! except for the sticking the petals together part. that was kinda difficult for me.

    <3

  • kool video great ending too i want that as my ringtone

  • will a scotch tape pen work on it?

  • I don't know, I've never used one. If you can get it so that the tape doesn't stick out anywhere the it should work just fine.

  • lol its ok, i tried it and it dint work so im gonna get double sided scotch sticky tape, well same as yours.

  • hey, i just made 2 flowers and hot sheets ready for more, i got the tape and thx sooooo much for this vid.

  • hey you ignorant nub, origami does NOT use any sort of siccors, glue, tape, paint, or anything else other than paper

  • true that origami is not suppose to use any supplies besides paper but the ignorant nub comment is a little harsh dontcha think?

  • amazing ^^

  • I don't get how to glue the 2 halves together

Can you try to explain it too me? ty's :]

  • I used double-sided tape instead of glue for the whole thing. Once I had the two halves created I put pieces of double-sided tape on one half and stuck them together.

  • sorries I meant like which part of the 2 sides you stick together

like match them up or something?

  • Once you make the two sides they'll form pretty obvious halves. Each one will have a side that's made up of nothing but sides of flowers and no fronts.

  • how many "cones" do u hav to make?

  • Let's see *thinks* you need 5 for each flower and 12 flowers for the ball..so 60.

  • WOW thnx

  • FFVII RULES! thanks for the instructions

  • wnderful music brings me back to the tropics

  • omg iam so going to try that please make for videos

  • its not origami if u use tape still a good model tho

  • Did you use sticky notes? I have heard of people using those.

  • I've also heard of people using sticky notes, but I used double-sided tape because sticky notes are made to be only slightly sticky and I wanted to make sure the paper would hold together really well.

  • nice your the best

  • Thank you so much!

I created an account on here just so i could ask what song is that playing? Besides the FFVII song at the end. It is beautifully haunting and I absolutely adore it!

  • The song is "Conquistador Part 1" by Juno Reactor.

  • I'm not sure. I worked on it a little bit at a time over the course of a few days.

  • Thanks for making this video!

I didn't get to finish making this

    because I didn't have tape,

so I'll make it later when I do have tape =)

  • its a pretty flower, but how do you cut the tape?

  • I take a rectangular piece of double sided tape and cut it diagonally so that it makes two triangles.

  • well you could get technical with the terms but to me origami is mainly just a normal piece of paper, folded into something awesome.

    Thanks for the vid.

  • idc if it isnt origami it still looks so kewl and pretty=) lol

  • Is that double sided tape you're using?

  • Indeed it is.

  • what size of paper did you use?

  • I took pieces of paper that were about 6 1/2 inches square and cut those into quarters, so I had lots of smaller squares that were a little over 3 inches big.

  • sorry to tell you guys, this isnt origami. She used tape which makes it not origami :)

  • Yes, that's true. It's isn't technically true origami. But "folded paper flower ball" sounded like a silly title.

  • if you pick up andy origami book they all have gule here or tape he origami is useing one pice orf paper to fold something modular origami is when you use more then one pice of paper you can cut fold and gule all you want

  • you should uploaded more videos

  • I'm glad you enjoyed this one enough to think that. I had fun making this it, so if I can come up with more things to make videos of I'll definitely do that.

  • how many do you make of the flower and thank you for the upload

  • It takes 12 flowers to make the ball I did. And you'll need to use 4 or more different colors if you don't want the same colored flowers to touch each other.

  • thank you sooooo much ^^

  • That's great. thanks so much :*
