I love this video because I had a cat called Gizmo, this was also the first video I saw on youtube.

But My cat wasn't so good at flushing toilets, he sort of more just pissed and took dumps under my bed

You need to rig the handle to drop the seat lid on the little turkey... one *CLAP* and he'lll never touch that handle again... :-P

But for the water issue: close the bathroom door? Close the lid so there's nothing fun to swirl his paw in?  Turn off the valve when not in use? Move the chain further out on the bar, making the handle stiffer to flush?
