Thank you very much for this video, it helped me a lot. If I may ask is it possible to create a chart and edited the numbers without opening a separate Excel sheet, I mean can I open the Excel sheet inside a PowerPoint slide and not a separate one?
I am not sure I understand the question, so if this doesn't help, please let me know. When you use the Chart icon on the Insert ribbon, it is embedding the Excel data within your PowerPoint document even though it opens Excel in a separate window. This happens at time #0:23 , and when we look at the title bar of the Excel window, it says, "Chart in Microsoft Office PowerPoint", indicating where the data is really embedded.
