This is the type of discussion and more that we should be engaging in as citizens of this world. Whatever your occupation is, I think political questions or discussions or debates are appropriate for people from all walks of life. Just because she's an actor doesn't limit her to that extent, I would consider that as an insult if I was an actress. Besides in my opinion I think it's pretty boring listening to people ask her questions within boundaries of her job or even from a fanatic interest.

I told her I just wanted to ask her a question or two about what kids can do to get involved in the political process, but she had NO prep time. I think that she was being really honest and open. She gave completely different answers than anyone else. Her answers were as unique as she is. Zooey rocks!!!

Right, like any party they don't stick to one world issue, but the reason people are apart of the "green party" rather than going democrat is because the green parties main focus is the environment, but your right they do focus on other issues as well. Usually though, if you look at the ballot for president, it's like a list of 10 people, but only the republican and the democrat are the ones who will most likely win, thats why they put so much focus on them.

I've been a fan since Hitchhiker's Guide. But I didn't know that she was a singer until I put her on youtube and She & Him videos started coming up. I had never googled her or anything. But she was SO nice and talked to me before and after the interview. Funny trivia--she was walking with Dana Delaney when I met her. I didn't know who Ms. Delaney was, so I didn't talk to her. She just stood off to the side (that's her in the red dress in the background). She was so nice, too. I feel bad now. :-(
