Okay... someone please try this, or tell me if this works. Say you have overkill pro... and you have 2 snipers. The second sniper's proficiency is speed. If you did this trick with say a shotgun class which both have damage... would the sniper rifle have speed AND damage????? PLEASE tell me that would be amazing if it does.

You can't put a Proficancy on a Secondary Gun. The Secondary guns have no proficancies.
