great video, my dad was in submarines in ww11, his is at gosport in portsmouth a x craft, i met a guy that was going to make a scale model of one, but it would have been too small to be practicle

Does that have two propellers if it has one than it is only an Akula I two propellers is an Akula II

Akula, Akula-II, Akula-Improved has one maine propeller and two sliding propellers for mooring.

All submarines of 971 progect (Akula, Akula-II, Akula- Improved) has one main propeller and two sliding slave propellers. Slave propellers use only for parking.
