My personal opinion:

They should make a Battlefield: Bad Company movie. Why? 'Cause the voice acting and how the characters interacted with each other made it feel like a movie in a way. The only problem is there's a sequel to the game coming out in 2010 so they'd have to make that as well.

Also maybe a series of movies base on Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2 might work. (I read somewhere that it's a possibility they could make it to the big screen. As for CoD 5... maybe that too.
