Pleasure's all mine. Almost a crime that so many folk don't get to hear good stuff (or know it even exists). Thank god for youtube. Incidentally, there's a new 'Pupa live dvd' out and i'm hoping to get it and post a few clips very soon. Many artists around the world (in fact many from all walks of life) work in English: It is the closest existing thing to a global language. Many professionals, including musicians, take advantage of this for the ease it brings in creating widespread appeal. Celine Dion (French-speaking Canadian), Phoenix (French-speaking Parisians) and a Swedish rap group (name?) all did it; it's a career move. Even people who comment all over YouTube in English are from Malaysia, Korea, Russia or other places!

Nice to see Takahashi's voice improving over time... It's a shame I don't really like the modern sound of YMO, or indeed much of the jpop that they put out.... I much prefer the more disco sound from them from the late 70s

Well this sounds a lot more natural than the "Day Tripper" cover...

I suppose you already know but HASYMO cut a couple of new tracks called "City of Light" and "Tokyo Town Pages". They're good!! So when is the full length coming??

According to an online sakamoto interview, a new album including the two tracks from the cd single are due this month (aug)
