where did you get that large of a sheet of non-corrugated cardboard (card)

I got them from my Uni art shop. They call it craft board, but it's just A1 sheets of thin (2mm) corrugated card. The same shop also sells large sizes of thin white card, or thicker, grey, card-stock.
Art / graphics stores are your best bet.

@VtecCivc Cost was about £8 for the card, the tubes were free from a carpet shop.
Took me about 2 days of casual working, with a cushion in, it was quite comfy and it got a fair bit of use, and took a lot of abuse without breaking.
