@kopinolita If you can get a copy of his book 'Pat Metheny Interviews' you'll enjoy it. I picked up a copy at his show in Toronto last May. His parents were worried about him because he spent so much time playing the guitar his schooling suffered quite a bit.
his parents must not have been normal, they must have been halfgods or something, just like pat ;).
