Even for an anti-dub like myself, Funimation dub doesn't sound all that bad. Or maybe we're just so used to bad voice acting we're kind of grasping straws here. Either way I'm just glad it makes it state-side.

Anyway I've played through all of Cruise 1 & 2 and since theyre both exactly the same as this one just with minor improvements theres really no point in my playing it. But I might get it purely to get more accustomed to the English voices.

Oh god I want a One Piece game that follows the story, lets you explore every major location that has everything in the right place, and has a decent fighting system. The Unlimited games have boring fodder enemies, meh fighting, and unimaginative levels.

Its interesting and kinda nice hearing all the english voices. Kinda random how the Funi dub isnt even up to Franky and yet because of this game theyve already got a voice actor for him. I like Patrick Sietz's Franky.

But while I can deal with english dubs, they will almost always sound a bit phoney to me since I know the English language. Japanese sounds better to me because I DONT know Japanese. The Japanese One Piece has the best main cast ever I love their voices, but these aren't bad.

Games for anime have always introduced voices even before the show/movie and such has been dubbed though it isn't unheard of for games to remove content as the states (or wherever) aren't up to date.

Storm 2 has Pain's voice you know and Nagato.

Besides Raging Blast 2 having Tarble's English voice.

Though in some examples, the voices don't stick for longer than the game appearance like with Grimmjow in the Bleach Wii game. Hope Patrick Seitz stays.

@Awsomemanization It is deinitley worth playing if you're into One Piece, Although I advise you use a guide since the game can often leave you searching around looking for items or just generally collecting which can be tedious. The good thing that helps you drive to keep on playing is the cut scenes that are followed by boss fights. But if you're not a fan of one piece already yeah you might run out of motivation before you even reach White Beard.

He's done more along the lines of serious roles with little comedy thrown in, such as Isshin Kurosaki from Bleach, Luke Valentine from Hellsing, and Umehito Nekozawa from Ouran High School Host Club.

I absolutely love one piece but IDK if I would play this in English.....I wish there was an option to change the language to japanese and keep the Subs. I'd get the imported version and I speak Japanese well enough to understand it, but I doubt It would work on an American console. The English dubs just dont have the same charm and I'd feel embarrased to play it just because of how cartoony it sounds..... If I find it cheep then maybe.... Looks fun though. ^.^
